Selling in Gilbert, Arizona

Sell gold, silver, diamonds and watches.

Bring a piece to our counter on East Warner Road. It is tested in front of you, the offer is made at the counter, and the decision is yours.

What we buy

Gold and silver

In any form. Rings, chains, bracelets, a single earring whose pair is long gone, class rings, charm bracelets, dental gold, bullion, coins and bars. Broken and tangled is fine — it is weighed and tested the same way.

Diamonds

Loose stones, or still set in a ring, pendant or earrings. Engagement rings, anniversary bands and estate pieces alike.

Luxury watches

Whether or not they run, with or without the box and papers.

Designer handbags and shoes

Bring the piece in, and anything that came with it if you still have it.

Most of what crosses the counter is inherited, and most people bringing it in do not know what it is, what it is worth, or whether it is real. That is what the testing is for. You are not expected to arrive knowing.

An unmarked piece is still worth bringing in. Plenty of real gold was never stamped, and plenty of stamps have simply worn away.

How selling works

  1. Bring it in

Walk in any day during opening hours. For a large collection or several watches, call ahead.

  2. Watch it tested

Metals are weighed on a certified scale and read with an XRF analyzer, on the counter where you can see it. Diamonds, watches and designer pieces are examined in front of you too.

  3. Decide at the counter

The offer is built from what the testing shows and where the market sits that day. Take it, or leave with your piece. There is no obligation either way.

That is why there is no price on this page and no offer over the phone. The market moves every day, and nobody can tell what a piece is by looking at it or hearing it described. The number is worked out in front of you.

What to bring

The pieces you want to sell. There is no need to clean, sort or research them first.

A current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID card or passport.

If you still have boxes, papers or receipts, bring those too.

Questions people ask about selling

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in any time during opening hours. If you are bringing a large collection or several watches, call ahead so we can set aside the time.

What do I need to bring?

Bring the pieces you want to sell and a current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID card or passport. There is no need to clean, sort or research anything first.

Do you buy broken, tangled or unmarked gold?

Yes. Broken and tangled pieces are weighed and tested the same way as whole ones, and an unmarked piece is still worth bringing in: plenty of real gold was never stamped, and plenty of stamps have simply worn away.

How do you test my piece?

Gold, silver and platinum are weighed on a certified scale and read with an XRF analyzer, on the counter where you can watch. Diamonds, watches and designer pieces are examined in front of you too.

How long does it take?

About 15 to 30 minutes for a few pieces, tested while you wait. A large collection takes longer, which is why it helps to call ahead.

Do I have to accept the offer?

No. The offer is made at the counter and you are under no obligation to take it. If you decide not to sell, you leave with your piece.

How do you work out an offer?

From what the testing shows: the karat or purity the analyzer reads, the weight, the condition, and where the metal market sits that day. That is why we never give a number over the phone or online; the offer is worked out in front of you.

Do you buy watches that don’t run, or without the box and papers?

Yes. We buy luxury watches whether or not they run, and with or without the box and papers. If you still have anything that came with the watch, bring it too.

Do you buy designer handbags and shoes?

Yes. Along with jewelry and watches, we buy designer handbags and shoes. Bring the piece in and we will look at it with you.
