How an offer is made

Every offer is made at the counter, after your piece is tested in front of you. Collateral loans are arranged at the counter too.
No number in advance
We do not give one by phone, by email or through this website. Nobody can tell what a piece is from a description or a photograph, and the market moves every day, so a number before testing would only be a guess.
Your decision
The offer is built from what the testing shows. Take it, or leave with your piece. There is no obligation either way.
What to bring
The pieces you would like an offer on. There is no need to clean, sort or research them first.
A current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID card or passport.
If you still have boxes, papers or receipts, bring those too.
When to come
Walk in any time we are open (every day, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.); no appointment is needed. For a large collection or several watches, call ahead on (480) 766-8306.
For a few pieces, a visit takes about 15 to 30 minutes.
