What we do with your information.

Golds Jewelry and Loan is opening at 235 East Warner Road, Suite 106, Gilbert, AZ 85296. This page explains what we do with the information you give us on this website, and what we collect automatically. It is short because the site is small and we do very little with your information.
What we collect
When you fill out the form. We collect the name, email address and telephone number you enter, the reason for contact you select, and anything you write in the message field. The telephone number and the message are optional; the rest we need in order to reply.
Automatically, when you visit. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which searches and links bring people here. This collects standard information your browser sends — the pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you used, and where you arrived from. It sets a cookie in your browser to do this.
We do not collect anything else. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and we do not ask for identification, financial details, or photographs of your items on this website.
Why we collect it
We use what you send us for two things:
- To reply to you. If you have a question about selling a piece or about a collateral loan, we use your email address, or your telephone number if you gave one, to answer.
- To tell you when we open. If you selected “Let me know when you open” on the form, we will send you one email when the store opens. That is one email, not a newsletter. Every email we send includes a way to be taken off the list, and you can also ask us at any time using the address at the bottom of this page.
We use the analytics information to understand whether people are finding the site, which is the reason this page exists before the store does.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, for any purpose.
- We do not share it except with the service providers that make the website work — the company that hosts the site, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, and Google Analytics. They handle it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- We do not send marketing beyond the single opening announcement described above.
- We do not use your information to make any decision about you. Nothing you enter here affects an offer or a loan. Offers are calculated in the store after your piece is tested.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions until 30 days after we have sent the opening announcement. After that we either move your details into the system we use to serve customers day to day, or we delete them.
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- stop contacting you
Email us at sales@goldsjewelryandloan.com and we will take care of it. We do not require you to explain why.
You can also turn off analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally either way.
Children
This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website can promise perfect security, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. Please do not send us photographs of identification, account numbers, or other sensitive documents through this form — bring them to the store instead, where we can handle them properly.
Changes to this policy
When the full website launches it will collect more than this page does, and this policy will be replaced. If we change it, we will update the effective date at the top.
